The tools run in your browser

Every tool here does its work inside your browser. Text you paste, a token you decode, a password you generate — none of it is sent to us or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.

That follows from how the site is built rather than from care in handling uploads: there is nothing to upload.

What we store if you create an account

An account is optional and every tool works without one. If you register we keep the name and email you give us, and your password as a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the original.

We also hold a short confirmation code while we verify your email, which expires, and a record of any promo code or Pro subscription, so we know what your account is entitled to.

Cookies this site sets

A language cookie remembers which of the fifteen translations you chose. Session cookies appear only after you sign in, carry your login, and can be read by the server alone — not by scripts on the page.

Your light or dark theme is kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and never reaches us.

Advertising

This site carries advertising from Google. Google and its partners set their own cookies and may combine them with what they already know of your browsing elsewhere to choose which advertisements to show you.

That is a third party acting on its own account; we neither see nor receive what it collects. You can review or switch off personalised advertising in Google’s own settings, and Pro removes advertising from the site entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, and we run no analytics that follow you from site to site. We cannot profile what you paste into the tools, because we never receive it.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about your account, correct it, or have it deleted — deleting an account removes the stored name, email address and password hash.

Where consent is the basis for something, such as advertising cookies in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may withdraw it at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Substantive changes will be announced on the site rather than made quietly.
